Take Red onions, green onions, radishes, bell peppers, cucumbers, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, peas as your plan and avoid White onions, potatoes and celery.
Breakfast:
1/2 Grapefruit (4 oz. unsweetened Grapefruit Juice)
2 Eggs
2 Slices Bacon
Lunch:
1/2 Grapefruit (4 oz. unsweetened Grapefruit Juice)
Meat (any style)
Salad
Dinner:
1/2 Grapefruit (4 oz. unsweetened Grapefruit Juice)
Fish (any style)
Vegetables (any seasoning)
