My Protein Drink

Protein is much more essential for the body. It is useful for weight too.

I have a low-calorie, filling protein drink that will satisfy your sweet tooth. I give no amounts here. Use your judgment and go by taste. It should be thick and delicious. In your blender, put non-fat milk, apple juice, fresh frozen strawberries or peaches ( not the kink in syrup ) , half  a banana and protein powder. then blend it all until smooth and thick.

Buy protein powder that contains no sugar, preservatives, artificial colorings or flavor.
