You may think that with dieting you may lose the extra
pounds. But it is not true all the time. You eat less when you are in diet. It helps
you to reduce weight.
A research shows that
diet makes changes in your hormonal process. It lets your brain to increase
hunger hormone called ghrelin. Ghrelin makes you hungrier. At that time, you will
tend to eat more.
At the same time, leptin decreases. Leptin is a hormone that
makes you feel full. When leptin decreases, you may want to take extra food
that is not listed on your diet menu. That forbids you not to take the meal you
deserve.
But I think it will
be very tough for you not having the meal for a longer period of time. After a
few months of this, you may be tired of doing so. What will happen then? Your desire
of not having the food will be lost.
If your desire of dieting loses its way, you will be habitat
of taking more food then you did earlier. It makes you gain weight promptly
that does not suit your body.
