Eat Soup Before Meal To Lose Fat

Research suggests eating a small bowl of soup 30 minutes before a meal can help you to eat less. With this, you tend to feel full sooner, you eat less of your main course. The soup must be low-calorie and based on stock. You should't eat creamy soup. The soup regime was tested by researchers at Pennsylvania State University, led by Dr Barbara Rolls.

The soup must be hot for the best result. You can't eat the hot soup too fast, thus this will enable your digestive tract to digest it more efficiently. This process speed up your metabolism and send satiety signals to your brain.

Among all the soup, you will find that vegetable is the best as it produces a more consistent blend and generally has fewer calories than chicken or fish soup or creamy soup.
